Social skills: Play gives children practice in the art of compromise. You will often hear children in imaginative play, arguing and debating about who gets which role or how the role ought to be played and if it's acceptable to behave in that way in a particular role. They are experimenting with and trying to understand the social rules of their world. They also learn to share and to take turns and to help each other. Red is the color of fire, it instills joy, strength and confidence in people. In some languages red is a synonym of beauty and wealth. But we shouldn't forget that it is also the most aggressive color - if there is too much of this color, it irritates and wears you out. On the other hand small accents of red in the interior cheer you up and put you into a good mood. If red is the predominant color in your interior, it sets you into active and determined mode. When you have all the tools at hand, examine your exterior. You might find exterior painting problems, which could be any of the following: alligatoring, blistering, chalking, chalk run down, crackling, dirt pickup, efflorescence, fading, frosting, lapping, mildew, nail head rusting, paint incompatibility, peeling, poor alkali resistance, poor adhesion, poor gloss retention, surfacent leaching, staining, vinyl siding wrap, wax bleed, or wrinkling.

How warm does it have to be in order to paint your home? For most paints it typically has to be 37 degrees or warmer in order to paint the exterior of your house. Now if you are painting two coats of paint on your house and it is 55 degrees or cooler for the day, it is a good idea to paint the first coat one day and apply the second coat the day after. If you live in a really dry climate, like Denver, and your painting in the summer months, you can defiantly apply two coats in one day. However, the more humid climates in the south, it is still recommended to paint only one coat per day. The casein, which serves as the glue binder, should be soaked in 2 gallons of hot water until thoroughly softened, which should be approximately 2 hours. After dissolving the trisodium phosphate in 1 gallon of water it should be added to the casein, stirring the mixture until the casein dissolves. This solution should be mixed with the lime paste and 3 gallons of water. THE STYLE / MOVEMENT. The fastest way to interpret a painting is to determine what movement it belongs to, or at least what movements and styles influenced the artist. The style influences the choice and treatment of the subject, the color, the perspective and the symbols. Impressionists, for instance, experimented with unusual perspectives - bird's eye or frog's eye; their brushwork is visible and the colors are laid separately to mix in the eye of the viewer rather than on the palette. In impressionism the light is more important than the people it bounces off - quite different from romanticism. In romanticism you have to be a poet, a revolutionary, a gypsy or a vagabond to make your way into the painting - they appreciated the bold spirit, the freedom and the people who were different. Flat, semigloss, and gloss interior paints and enamels vary in degree of gloss, hiding power, and other properties. Paints giving the best hiding power are normally paints of lowest gloss, although some modern high-gloss enamels also have good hiding power.
